I recently used Prompt Care for the first time, and I really can't say enough about the prompt, knowledgeable and incredibly affordable service I received. No sales pitches, just a complete explanation of the problem and solution. I actually had to ask the tech to repeat the amount of the bill, as I was expecting something much higher. As with a previous reviewer, for a small (I mean small) quarterly fee, Prompt Care will remotely clean up and optimize my computer for me. I am so happy to have found an up front service I can trust!
Prompt Care provided great service that helped get my small business back online. My work laptop crashed on a Thursday afternoon and by the end of Friday, 2 other computer repair places couldn't recover my data. Even though it was a Friday at 6pm, I was able to reach Prompt Care, brought my laptop in on Saturday and they were able diagnose the problem quickly and recover all my data by the end of the weekend. Top quality service and affordable. No problem recommending them!

My name is Tyler, I had called to get my computer fixed because it was running very slow. I was told to expect him to come pick up my computer around 4 and it should be done around the same time next day. He was very punctual and friendly, my computer was returned cleaner then when it was droped off and everything worked out just fine.
