My name is Tyler, I had called to get my computer fixed because it was running very slow. I was told to expect him to come pick up my computer around 4 and it should be done around the same time next day. He was very punctual and friendly, my computer was returned cleaner then when it was droped off and everything worked out just fine. Next problem I have, my computer will be sent stright to PROMPT CARE. 🙂
