Prompt Care provided great service that helped get my small business back online. My work laptop crashed on a Thursday afternoon and by the end of Friday, 2 other computer repair places couldn't recover my data. Even though it was a Friday at 6pm, I was able to reach Prompt Care, brought my laptop in on Saturday and they were able diagnose the problem quickly and recover all my data by the end of the weekend.
