Adobe has promised to fix two exploits found in the last few days but, until then, Mozilla is taking a big move in temporarily disabling Flash to protect users. (http://zd.net/1IVXimW)

Look for the update to come this week.  Firefox users can go to this page to check for plugin updates.
Chrome users are unaffected by this as Chrome deals with Flash internally, without plugins.
