The short version of this is that some users will get a message claiming that they have to verify account information or risk having their account deleted.  Fairly standard threats and fairly standard in that 1) the grammar is usually poor and 2) links do not point to Facebook.  IF Facebook ever needed you to act on something, they would never send you to another site; it would all be handled "in-house".
